The King has approved of the following diplomatic appointments: Sir Reginald Koare, Minister at Teheran, to be Minister at Bucharest; Mr H. M. Knatchbull-Hugessen, Minister at Riga, Tallinn and Kovno, to be Minister at Teheran; Mr Edmund Monson, Minister at Mexico City, to be Minister at Riga, Tallinn and Kovno; Mr A. J. Clark Kerr, Minister at Stockholm, to be Minister at Mexico City; Mr C. M. Palairet, Minister at Bucharest, to be Minister at Stockholm.
