TWO MEMBERS NOT TO BEJREAPPOINTED. By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, June 26. The terms of office of Colonel G. J. Smith (Canterbury) and Mr R. Scott (Otago), members of the Legislative Council, expired on Sunday night. Questioned to-day whether they would be reappointed, the Prime Minister, Rt. Hon. G. W. Forbes, replied that the Cabinet did not intend to make any more appointments to the Legislative Council at present.
