RETURN FLIGHT THIS WEEK. By Telegraph—Press Association AUCKLAND. June 25. Details concerning his future flights were given to-day by Mr C. T. P. Ulm, who arrived by the Aorangi to prepare for his return trip across the Tasman Sea in the Faith in Australia. Mr Ulm said that he anticipated taking a heavy consignment of mail on the flight back to Sydney. He also referred to his forthcoming flight from Sydney to Papua, on which he proposes to call at various towns en route. Satisfactory results were obtained when the Faith in Australia was given a test flight of about an hour’s duration to-day. The machine was tested by Mr G. V. Allan, co-pilot, who. later, reported to Mr Ulm that the part of the engine to which a new master rod bearing was fitted last week by Mr T. Boulton, engineer, was running well. Mr Ulm said that in view of the satisfactory result of the test he would take off from Hobsonville for the Ninety-Mile Beach at noon to-morrow, and the Tasman crossing would be undertaken as soon after as conditions warranted.
