MEMORIAL TO PIONEERS. By Telegraph—Press Association WHANGAREI, June 25. The seventy-fifth anniversary of the Whangarei Presbyterian Church being celebrated this week is very largely attended. A communion service was conducted yesterday by the Rev. W. Day, who was the minister in 19121918. He also dedicated the communion table provided by the congregation in memory of the founders and pioneers. The Rev. B. Hutson, who was pastor from 1887 to 1890 conducted a supplementary communion in the evening.
