RESENT NEW DECREE AGAINST REDS. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received May 22, 11.30 p.m.) The Belgrade correspondent of the “Manchester Guardian” says: Serious student disorders have broken out in Belgrade University as a protest of the new decree prohibiting students’ political organisations. Three hundred students, mostly Communists, barricaded themselves m the building, after smashing the furniture and windows, and burning the books. The police were called in, but were forced to retreat under a shower of tables, chairs and inkpots. The students declare they can hold out for three days, because they have sufficient food.
