Opening the drive organised by the Washington Administration, for a speedy Senate enactment of its Reciprocal Tariff Bill, Senator Harrison, chhirman of the Finance Committee, declared that it would prove the means of recapturing a six billion dollars loss of the United States foreign trade, "We cannot shut out imports without simultaneously shutting in potential exports,” Senator Harrison declared.
