Ignoring Japan’s objections, the China Committee of the League of Nations authorizes Dr. Rajchmann the League’s technical agent in China, to continue reconstruction schemes on the lines of his report. Dr. Wellington Koo, China’s delegate said it was China’s inalienable right to choose assistance where ever she desires.
