CROSSING ACCIDENT

William Henry Beatson (68), a farm labourer, feceived severe injuries at the Sefto U railway crossing this morning, through being struck by a train while j >e was leading horses and a cart over He was walking beside the shaft oiß the opposite side to the train, and diVl not see it approach. One horse Had to be destroyed later. The dray was;'.badly damaged.
