I COCOANUT WHIP. * 1 dessertspoon gelatine, white 4» f of 1 egg, 1 cup boiling water, 3 T X tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon A lemon juice, 2 tablespoons dessij? cated cocoanut. Dissolve gela- £ X tine and sugar in cup of boiling X, £ water. Add the lemon juice, ❖ i strain, and set aside to cool. Y X When cold beat with an egg- * f beater till frothy and add stiffly f f beaten white of egg. Mix in the J X cocoanut and beat until it holds «$• ifcs shape.
