‘The Daily Chronicle” says: “Following protests from clergymen throughout the country against Christian organisations deriving revenue from armament shares, the Clergy Pensions Institutions Board has decided to dispose of its holding of £IO,OOO in Vickers Ltd., and re-invest the capital in trustee stocks. The Vickers holding was acquired in 1894, when the institutions were conducted more on lines of an ordinary commercial insurance company.
