RATES ON OVERDRAFT
REDUCTION IN AUSTRALIA. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received April 12, 8.50 p.m.) SYDNEY, April 12. The Commonwealth Bank has adjusted its interest rates on overdrafts, which is being reduced by one-quarter per cent, to a maximum of 4£ per cent. The rates have been similarly lowered on fixed deposits.
