TITLE TOURNEY IN BRISBANE QUIST DEFEATS CRAWFORD United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received December 12, 10.10 p.m.) BRISBANE, December 12. In the Queensland tennis championship, the men’s singles final resulted in Adrian Quist defeating J. B. Crawford, 6-4, 2-6, 4-6, 12-10, 6-3. Women’s Final. Mrs Molesworth defeated Mrs Crawford, 6-2, 6-2. Mixed Doubles Semi-Finals. Crawford and Mrs Crawford forfeited to Moon and Miss Moon. Quist and Mrs Westacott beat Goodwin and Mrs Molesworth, 6-2, 6-4. The final has been postponed. DRAW FOR SATURDAY. The following is the draw for the inter-club competitions to be played on Saturday, commencing at 1.30 p.m. A grade (Maori Park).—Highfield v. Aorangi 11., st. John's v. Aorangi I , Timaru v. Wai-iti. Wai-iti Club. The following players will represent Wai-iti against Timaru on Saturday— Misses N. Sullivan, E. Fraser, C. McIntosh. M. Cox; S. Sullivan, N. Moore (captain), H. Hill, T. Morrison.
