AN AUCKLAND EXPERIMENT. By Telesraph—Press Association AUCKLAND. December 12 The Auckland Transport Board today resolved to establish a penny fare section in Queen Street, between the Post Office and Wellesley Street The decision was in direct opposition to a report bv the manager, who estimated that the change would cause t. revenue loss of £3668 a year. The Board decided to try the penny section as an experiment until January 31
