BOY DROWNED.
By Telegraph—Press Association GISBORNE. December 11. A half-caste Maori boy, Peter Burgess, aged nine, was drowned at Tolaga Bay yesterday afternoon while bathing with a party of children. His companions ran for assistance, but when this was forthcoming the lad had disappeared. The body was recovered later. 4 f f
