WINCHESTER
SUNDAY SCHOOL PICNIC. The St. John's Sunday School picnic was held in the Temuka Domain on Saturday. More than 100 pupils and parents travelled to Temuka by the first train. The morning was left open for them to wander around the beautiful grounds. Full advantage was taken of the splendid facilities of swimming, tennis and croquet etc. and all spent a very happy time. After lunch, a programme of sports, supervised by Rev. C. L. Mountfort, Messrs. L. H. Orbell, W. J. Boston, A. G. Kimber and W. Bradshaw was held. The results were—
