PETITION DISMISSED
DORMAN LONG IN DIFFICULTIES. LONDON, December 8. The Chancery Court, by consent, dismissed a petition to anoint a receiver for the Dorman, Long Co. (the English engineering firm which constructed the Sydney Harbour Bridge) to enable of a three months’ moratorium in which the Company proposes a new scheme.
