TO REGULATE HOTEL HOURS. United Press Association—Bv Electric Telegraph —Copyright LONDON, December 8. A private Licensing Bill, aimed at removing the present anomalies due to the varying opening hours in different districts, passed the second reading in the House of Commons by 101 to 67 votes. The hours proposed for hotels and clubs in centres of over 20,000 population are 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.; also 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. In the smaller areas the closing hour will be 10.30.
