INADEQUATE REPLIES
MINISTER ON A TIMARU COMPLAINT. (Prom Our Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON. October 20. Asked whether he had any reply to make with regard to the complaint of the Timaru A. and P. Association at its meeting this week that inadequate replies were received to remits forwarded to the Government, the Minister of Agriculture, the Hon. C. E. Macmillan, said that so far as nls department was concerned the replies given were as complete as they could be made, and where consideration was promised that promise was carried out Tile Timaru A and P. Association's resolution has been sent to the Royal Agricultural Society with whom I shuil be pleased, if desired, to discuss the matter in detail," concluded the Minister.
