N.Z. GUARANTEE CORPORATION. For the year ending August 31, the net profit of the New Zealand Guarantee Corporation was £7217 T 4 '4. A dividend of 71d a share on fully paid up ordinary shares and 3d a share on contributing ordinary shares has been recommended as well as a dividend of 7 per cent, on preference shares. These dividends will absorb £6634/13/9. and leave a balance of £1502 19 5 to be carried forward.
