WHEAT EMBARGO
DEFIANCE OF STATE EDICT. United Press Association—Bv Electric Telejrraph -Copyright (Received October 20. 4.40 p.m.) NEW YORK. October 19 Advices* from Bismarck (North Dakota) state that the railroads openly disregarded the wheat embargo today, and wheat was moved out of the State as usual. In the meantime the Governor has ordered the mobilisation of the National Guard to prevent shipments, but without word that he would send them into action until he had studied the further legal phases of his edict. The railroad executives said the next move was up to Governor Langer They expressed the opinion that the issue ijad headed for the Courts.
