STERN MEASURES IN PRAGUE United Press Association—By Electric Telegr oh— Copyright (Received October 18. 5.5 p.m.) PRAGUE, October 17. Following the recent banning of the Nazis and the German Nationalists, the Government has introduced a Bill suspending any political party compromising the political form of the Republic. Members of such parties will lose their seats in Parliament, and may be transferred from one district to another.
