BUMPER WHEAT CROP
ARGENTINE’S MATURING HARVEST. United Press Association—By Electric Tel egraph —Copyrtgh t (Received October 18, 11.30 p.m.) BUENOS AIRES, October 17. The Ministry of Agriculture to-day predicted that the maturing Argentine wheat crop would total 7.650,000 metric tons. The wheat acreage is reported to be 5 per cent, under 1932, totalling this year, 18,796,000 acres. Excepting unimportant local damage. the quality is reported to be excellent in spite of the winter drought.
