DOMINION'S CONGRATULATIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association AUCKLAND, June 23. The following message was sent by Lord Bledisloe to the Prince of Wales on the occasion of his birthday. “On behalf of His Majesty’s Government and the people of New Zealand. I send your Royal Highness respectful congratulations and warmest good wishes on the occasion of your birthday.” Yesterday His Royal Highness, the Prince of Wales, attained the age of thirty-nine years, having been born at White Lodge, Sheen, on June 23, 1894, and in honour of the occasion flags were flown on Government Buildings and the Timaru Borough Council Office.
