SUICIDE BY HANGING. By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, June 13. The body of a man, later identified as Robert Ruxton Lees, of QueenStreet, was found hanging from one of the trees in the Town Belt at Kilbirnie this evening by the caretaker of the Town Belt Reserve. He had apparently been dead for about 24 hours. Deceased, who is described as a librarian, was about 60 years of age.
