United Press Association—By Electric Tel egraph—Cop y ri gh t (Received June 8, 11.30 p.m.) LONDON, June 8. “The Sun” understands that whatever decision Cabinet reaches to-mor-row on war debts, Britain is determined not to disturb the Lausanne Agreements. Accordingly, if Britain pays America on June 16, she will continue to relieve the Dominions of debt interest.
