ANOTHER PETROL WAR
BOYCOTT IN WELLINGTON. By Telegranh—•l'-'ess Association WELLINGTON, June 8. Car owners to-day were unable to buy a certain brand of motor spirit. It appears that a large motor agency and repairing establishment proposed to instal several new pumps, but resellers objected on the ground that their arrangement provided that no more pumps should be installed in the area. The oil company had other ideas, and a start was made to place the pumps. The resellers locked their pumps, and refused to sell the brand. The boycott was weakened, however, by one or two locks being opened. Feeling runs high.
