CHILD FATALLY INJURED. By Teleeraob —«s Association WELLINGTON, March 25. A mall girl named Beatrice Roberts, r 1 ten years, was knocked down by a motor-car at Kilbimie on Saturday afternoon. She died while on the way fn hospital, having received severe head injuries. YOUNG MAN'S SUICIDE. By Telegraph—press Association WAIHI, March 25. A farm hand, Albert George Gardiner (19) was found hanging from a tree at his parents' residence Ford Road, Waihi Plains, early this morning. At the inquest, friends who were with him last night at a daneu said he appeared normal, and had given no indication that he was likely to take his life. The Coroner, In returning a verdict of death by hanging, said there was nothing to indicate that deceased had teen in an unstable state of mind. MISSING GIRL’S BODY FOUND. By Telegraph—Press Association WESTPORT, March 26. The body of Miss Dulcie Taylor (23), who had been missing since Friday, 17th inst., was seen floating In the Buller River near the heads at 10 a.m. The body was recovered.
