LABOUR’S PROTEST AGAINST COURT DECISION. United Press AJpoclation—By Electrta Telegraph— Copyright LONDON, December 29. Mr George Lansbury (Leader of the Parliamentary Labour Party) and two colleagues are travelling to Lossiemouth carrying a memorial urging the release of Tom Mann and E. Llewellyn on the grounds that the conviction is in Che nature of persecution and alien to the modern temper. The petition is signed by the majority of prominent Labour figures, including ex-Ministers. Mr Macdonald replied to a telegram announcing the departure of the delegation. “The question has been fully debated in the House of Commons, but the Premier is always willing to receive friends’ personal visit.
