United Press Association—By Electric Tel egraph—Copyright (Received December 23, 7.55 p.m.) DILLY, December 23. Eleven Portuguese revolutionaries, interned on Timor Island, have been pardoned by the Portuguese Government, and are now awaiting transport homeward.
