COMMUTED FOR SENTENCE. By Telegraph—Pies* Association GREYMOUTH, December 22. William Alfred Sandham (37) was committed tor sentence this morning for the theft of £398/13/3, the property of the Australian Temperance ani General Mutual Life Society, by whom he was employed as a canvasser, and also on a charge of fraudulently altering a bank lodgment slip—£2/1/5, to £52/10/5. Bail was allowed, accused to report to the police weekly.
