DEMAND FOR INDICTMENT. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright HONOLULU, January 26. As the Grand Jury re-assembled, Judge Cristy revealed that that body to-day presented a report which the Judge refused to accept. The Judge issued new instructions, admonishing the Grand Jurors to put aside personal prejudice, which had hitherto interfered in voting indictment in the Fortescue trial.
