Senor Campalans, Minister of Education In the new Catalonian State, informed the “Daily Telegraph’s” correspondent that Catalonia did not desire to be a distinct, separate country from Spain, but merely one State, within the Federal Republic. The Northern Provinces of Spain were certain to follow. ATTITUDE TO REDS. NO OBJECTION TO TROTSKY.
