A message from Aiken (South Carolina* states that Mr Nicholas Longworth, Speaker of the National House of Representatives, died to-day from pneumonia, which developed on Monday. [The late Mr Nicholas Longworth was born in Cincinatti sixty-two years ago. He was at the Harvard Law School, and the Cincinatti Law School and was admitted to the bar in 1894. He was a member of the Ohio House of Representatives from 1899 to 1901, of the Ohio Senate 1901 to 1903, member of Congress 1903 to 1909. His second wife was Alice, eldest daughter of President Roosevelt, and at times he was spoken of as a Presidential possibility.]
