In the Davis Cup match, Lucilo Del ’ Castillo (Argentina) defeated Jan Da 1 Silva (Uruguay) 6-1, 6-2, 6-0. Ronaldo Boyd (Argentina) defeated 1 Eduardo Stanham (Uruguay), 6-2, 6-1, 6-3. Uruguay Eliminated. Argentina eliminated Uruguay in the South American Zone of the Davis Cup contest on Saturday, advancing to the final against Chile, by taking the 1 doubles after capturing two singles. Adrian Zappa and Ronaldo Boyd defeated Eduardo Stanham and Juan Da Silva 6-1, 6-1.
