FATAL OUTCOME TO BOUT. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received April 5. 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY. April 5. At the Sydney Stadium. Jack Carroll (10.8) defeated Tony Tuzzolino (11.4) by a technical knock-out in the fifth round. The contest was extremely willing while it lasted. Robert Caffey, aged 19. died yesterday following a boxing bout at the Leichhardt Stadium on Thursday night, when he was knocked out in the ninth round by Bob Singleton.
