NOT FAVOURED IN CANADA., (Received April 5, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON (Ontario), April 4. The Labour Party of Ontario has refused to recognise Soviet Russia as an ideal to follow by the Labour Movement in Canada, the Annual Convention of Delegates, deleting the following clause from a resolution before the convention: “The Labour Party recognises that Russia is endeavouring to establish a Socialist Republic, and at this time is making a valued contribution to Socialist thought and idealogy.”
