EXPECTED WAGE ATTACKS. United Press Association —By Kleotrl# Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, March 19. The Miners’ Delegates’ Conference to continue the spread-over system after the termination of the agreements of March 31. The Conference instructed the executive to demand the Government to immediately pass a Bill amending the Minimum Wage Act of 1912, to enable the Federation to deal with wage attacks which are expected.
