GANDHIS SCHEME ACCEPTED. United Pres. Association—By Xlectrle Telegraph—Copyright DELHI, March 19. The scheme drawn up by Gandhi for the disposal of stocks of British and foreign cloth at present held by dealers throughout India, has been accepted by the representatives of important mills in Bombay, Baroda and Ahmedabad. A conference agreed that a nevr agency should be formed, with the object of re-exporting to, countries outside India the existing stocks of foreign cloth, the losses being shared by the merchants and Congress. Merchants have undertaken to ceas* dealing in foreign cloth.
