THE CHURCHES.
TO-MORROW'S SERVICES. The services at Trinity Presbyterian Church to-morrow will be conducted by the Rev. A. J. H. Dow. In the morning the choir will render “I Will Sing of Thy Power," and in the evening “A Psalm of Thanksgiving.” The Boys’ Junior Choir will sing ‘‘Jesus Master" at the evening service. In the Salvation Army, Bro. and Mrs Franklin will sing and speak at night. Adjutant Friberg will take the morning meeting. Brigadier Walls will conduct the annual Young People's Council, which will be held in the Caroline Bay Hall. A series o£ addresses on the great thoughts embodied in "The Ten Commandments" will be commenced tomorrow night at the Baptist Church, Wilson Street by Rev. C, W. Duncumb. At the morning service a series of studies in the Lord's Prayer will be commenced. Visitors are cordially Invited. Evening Communion will be held at the close of the night service. The Rev, P. Gladstone Hughes will conduct the services in Chalmers Church. The morning address will be on ‘‘The Abiding Satisfaction of an Abiding Self.” At the evening service the subject will be "God the Reconciler,” the first of a series of addresses on “The Gospel of Reconciliation.” The evening anthem will be Steane’s “Great is the Lord.” Harvest thanksgiving services will be held on Sunday, April 29th. Harvest thanksgiving services will be held in Banks Street Methodist Church to-morrow, both morning and evening. The choir will render an anthem during each service. The evening theme will be “The Revelation of God in the Harvest.” Similar services will be held in Woodlands Street Church, conducted by Mr H. W. j Beaumont in the morning and by the | Rev. P. I. Cooke in the evening. Visitors are vordially invited to all services. Harvest thanksgiving services will be ' held in the Congregational Church to- j morrow. Suitable subjects have been ; chosen by the Rev. F. J. Shaw, and the ; choir will sing anthems from the “Rolling Season's," with special hymns. Visitors are welcome at both services. The services in St. Mary's parish tomorrow will be Holy Communion at 8 a.m. at St. Mary’s, 9.30 a.m, at Ail Saint's and St. Michael's, 11 a.m. at St. John’s, and at 7.30 at St. Saviour's. Matins will be at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's and family service at St. Peter's. Mission services will be at St. Peter's and All Saint's at fi.3o, while at St. Mary’s Archdeacon Monaghan wiU continue his Lenten sermons on: “An Ancient Story from the Word of God.”
