A municipal roll, in which the names of voters appear in alphabetical order, held a good deal of interest for Mr Charles Davidson, a London political agent, when he inspected it recently. In London, he stated, the city is divided Into constituencies, and the constituencies into wards, and a separate roll is made out for each ward. The electors' names appear in street order, the streets being m alphabetical order, with the houses in numerical order. To realise the size of London, it had to be remembered that there were eighty constituencies.
