IMPOSED BY MEXICAN GOVERNMENT. United Press Association—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright MEXICO CITY, March 6. Quarantine against foreign wheat went into effect to-day, ostensibly to keep out plant diseases. However, certain circles see significance in the fact that the announcement follows a strenuous campaign by agricultural interests and Chambers of Commerce to protect the domestic market.
