WILKINS’ PLANS CRITICISED. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, March 2. “The Suicide Club” is the “Daily Herald’s” description of Sir Herbert Wilkins’ trans-Polar submarine trip. It agrees that it is a dazzling project, recalling early romances, but is inclined to ask whether it is any more. It concludes: “Is Sir Hubert certain he is not leading the expedition to a foredoomed, grim disaster in the Polar ice?”
