Though there is a general impression that Senor Aznar’s acceptance of the Premiership really means that King Alfonso has rallied the old gang to the aid of - thq Throne, it is hoped that Senor Aznar will assure the impartiality of the coming elections. The new Premier states that his aim is to re-establish normal constitutional government. The Ministry is really a coalition of all parties except the Republicans anu Socialists. The strong man of the Cabinet will be Count Romanones. Personnel Of Cabinet. Admiral Juan Baptista Aznar, Cap-tain-General of the Navy, has formed a Cabinet including:— Count Romanones, Minister of Foreign Affairs. Senor La Cierva, Minister of .Public Works.
