The New South Wales team against the Britishers is as follows: Fullback: Ross. Three-quarters: Crossman, Towers, King, Carlton. Five-eighth: Duncan. Half-back: Malcolm. Forwards: Palfreyman, Ford, Breckenridge, Finlayson, Ceruttl, Ferguson, Judd. Malcolm, the captain, has a poisoned leg, and is likely to be replaced by the Waratah, Egan.

Speaking at Tattersail’s Club reception to the British team, Mr J. Baxter (manager) referred to the suggestion that Australia and New Zealand ought to be represented on the International Board, and added: “The Home Union does not mind you playing a different game, but when you are prepared to come into line with us in regard to the rules, you will hasten the day of the formation at an lnter- <• national body."
