TEACHERS CONGRATULATE 1 MINISTER. / By Telegraph—Press AsMolatloc* NELSON, August 21. The Hon. H. Atmore, Minister of Education, has received the following communication from the secretary of the Nelson branch of the Teacher's Institute: —“At a meeting of the Nelson branch of the Teacher’s Institute, I was instructed to offer you the congratulations of the Nelson teachers on the most suitable report on education which has recently been published.’’
