Mr Justice Kennedy sentenced the following prisoners:— John Charles Tooman, a young man, married, on five charges of theft as a postal officer, one year’s reformative treatment. Doris May Adams (22), receiving stolen drapery, two years’ Borstal detention. Frederick William Marr, a young man, two charges of indecently assaulting girls, one year’s reformative treatment. Augustus Bates, a youth, breaking, entering and theft, three years’ probation. Kevin Hurh Mooney (16), indecently assaulting a girl, also assault, three years’ probation.
