POST AND TELEGRAPH OFFICERS. Bv Tele<n-ar>h—Press Aw^c-laJior WELLINGTON, July 25. According to a statement issued to the Press a meeting of the Wellington section of the P. and T. Association carried the motion: “That the opinion of the Wellington section of the Association is that a controlling officers’ guild is rnnet•es«al■y.•■ , Some 150 members are stated to have been present, including 50 controlling onicers. An amendment that the forming of the Guild was a matter for determination by those eligible for membership was defeated, and the motion was carried by a large majority.
