MEDICAL MEN PUZZLED.
UNIQUE SURGICAL CASE. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received July 23, 10.30 p.m.) MELBOURNE, July 23. Medical men are puzzled by the announcement that although three X-ray photographs had shown positive signs of cancer in a woman patient, the surgeon who performed the operation declared that there was not the slightest sign of cancer in the patient, who unfortunately died under the operation.
