Mr F. L. Wooles. Wind moderate to fresh souui to south-east; weather cold and changeable, but mainly fair. Dominion Meteorologist The northern disturbances has passed away eastwards, and an anticyclone is approaching from the westward. Expect winds moderate to strong, but decreasing southerly north of New Plymouth and Napier; elsewhere moderate westerly to southerly. Seas rough north of Cape Egmont and Castlepoint; moderate elsewhere. Weather: Some scattered showers in the far north and south, and along the east coast; otherwise mainly fair. Cold temperatures.
