INDIAN CONTRACT.
SECURED BY BRITISH FIRM. British Official Wireless RUGBY, July 15. In face of severe foreign competition, the Vulcan Foundry, of Newton-le-Willows, Lancashire, has secured a big contract, to supply the Indian Northwestern' Railway with twenty-seven locomotives. The order will provide nine months’ work for 2000 men.
